Financial Analyst (FP&A and Audit Background) – East

• Analyse monthly financial results, articulate the key performance drivers and provide commentary on variances against budget and forecast
• Coordinate the annual budgeting and rolling forecast cycles in collaboration with business teams, ensuring assumptions are well-founded and aligned
• Translate financial data into actionable recommendations that enhance profitability and cost efficiency
• Develop financial models and business case analyses to support investment and strategic initiatives
• Evaluate CAPEX proposals for returns and cost effectiveness, and monitor the realisation of expected benefits
• Prepare management and group reporting packs, including periodic forecasts
• Support finance process reviews and internal control enhancements
• Provide finance and risk perspectives on commercial and contractual matters

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related discipline
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in financial planning and analysis, financial analysis or accounting
• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling
• Strong stakeholder engagement and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate financial insights clearly and concisely
