Senior Account Manager

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and support throughout strategy, concept, and execution phases.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in account management in an agency or MNC setting.
• Experience in B2B industry, along with CRM and loyalty program expertise.
• Background in marketing operations, communications, and analytics.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and project management.
• Familiarity with data analytics tools such as Power BI and Tableau is preferred.
• Strong communications, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Deep understanding of customer experience and digital transformation needs.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
• Proficient in managing client expectations and addressing potential issues proactively.
