About the Role:

Our client is a global market expansion services provider.

As part of continued growth, they are looking to appoint an Assistant Digital Marketing Manager to join its Healthcare business in Singapore.

This is an opportunity for a pharmaceutical marketing professional to drive patient engagement strategies across key therapeutic areas.

Responsibilities:

• Design digital touchpoints that educate patients, break down barriers to care, and improve treatment adoption and continuity.
• Orchestrate connected digital experiences not limiting to web portals, search (SEO/SEM), social platforms, messaging channels, and email automation.
• Build and refine digital features for patient support initiatives to maximize user enrollment, engagement, and retention.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical, Regulatory, and Legal stakeholders to deploy medically sound, highly engaging digital content.
• Utilize CRM tools, performance dashboards, and emerging solutions like AI personalization and digital therapeutics to measure and optimize campaign ROI.

Requirements

• A degree or professional qualification in Marketing, Business, Economics, Pharmacy, Science or a related discipline
• At least 3-4 years of digital marketing experience within the pharmaceutical, consumer health or FMCG industry
• Good understanding of pharmaceutical products, customers and the broader industry environment
• Hands‑on experience managing end-to-end digital campaigns, CRM/marketing automation tools, marketing analytics, search strategies, and customer journey mapping
• Good analytical, planning and organisational capabilities
• A commercially minded approach, with the ability to turn market information and customer insights into actionable marketing initiatives
