[FP&A experience] Senior Assistant Manager, Financial Controllership – UP$6500 (West Hospital) #HCY

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate and smooth monthly closing process in line with requirements
• Address statutory reporting and audit requirements; ensuring that financials meet latest IFRS requirements
• Lead, monitor and review the grant management process, ensuring accuracy of grant accounts and compliance with policies and accounting standards
• Participate in the cluster and hospital’s budgeting and rolling forecast processes
• Manage respective operational finance processes such as:
    i. Operational expenditure including accruals
    ii. Purchase requisition and orders
• Assist in new processes and system implementation when required
• Ensure a strong culture of corporate governance by working closely with internal and external auditors and partnering stakeholders to close audit issues promptly

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related discipline
• Hands on with at least 5 years of relevant working experience
• Experience in the public healthcare sector will be an advantage
