Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirements workshops using design thinking methods, translating business challenges into scalable ServiceNow platform solutions.
- Drive CSM or SPM implementation projects, managing analysis, configuration, integrations, testing, and deployment successfully.
- Partner with stakeholders and technical teams to develop roadmaps that improve citizen services through digital transformation initiatives.
- Produce user stories, impact assessments, specifications, and governance documentation to support agile, product-centric delivery models.
- Ensure solutions align with architectural standards, SG Tech Stack requirements, compliance expectations, and operational readiness.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience delivering digital transformation projects, including two successful ServiceNow CSM or SPM implementations.
- Strong ServiceNow functional expertise spanning configuration, workflows, integrations, automation, and enterprise SaaS solution delivery.
- Proven experience facilitating stakeholders, gathering requirements, influencing decisions, and driving complex transformation programmes successfully.
- Knowledge of cloud architecture, agile methodologies, product delivery models, and emerging technologies including AI tools.
- Candidates must have CSM or SPM experience; ITSM-only profiles and notice periods beyond two months will not be considered.
