Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Requirements Analysis
Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements.
Assist in analysing business processes and identifying solution requirements.
Maintain requirements and project documentation.
Impact Assessment and Solution Review
Assess the functional impact of changes to Finance applications.
Identify user configuration requirements to support system changes.
Review functional designs to ensure business requirements are adequately addressed.
User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Support end-to-end User Acceptance Testing activities.
Prepare test scenarios, test scripts, and test data.
Execute test cases, document results, and track defects.
Coordinate defect resolution and validate fixes with stakeholders.
Implementation and Handover
Support implementation and deployment activities.
Prepare operational and project documentation.
Facilitate knowledge transfer and handover to production support teams.
Post-Implementation Support
Provide support during the post-implementation warranty period.
Assist in investigating and resolving issues arising from implemented changes.
Coordinate with support teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with business users, project teams, support teams, and vendors.
Provide updates on requirements, testing progress, and implementation activities.
Support effective communication and collaboration across stakeholders.
