• Promote workplace safety and comply with the company’s OSH policies, safe work procedures and applicable regulations.
• Process and verify customer orders, ensuring all information is accurate and complete.
• Prepare orders for the Planner and follow up with customers on missing information or outstanding documentation.
• Liaise with booking agents and vessel operators to check supply schedules and vessel loading status.
• Coordinate with the Planner to support timely supply and order fulfilment.
• Reconcile daily incoming orders to ensure all orders are properly recorded and processed.
• Arrange for completed delivery orders to be collected and dispatched to customers as proof of delivery.
• Close completed job orders and ensure the necessary documentation is available for billing.
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints, providing appropriate solutions or alternatives.
• Maintain clear, timely and professional communication to strengthen customer relationships and promote customer satisfaction.
• Perform other relevant duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Management.
