About the Role
VP of Revenue Operations
Arize is seeking a strategic and operationally excellent Revenue Operations Leader to serve as the operational backbone of our go‑to‑market organization. The role reports directly to the President and works closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships leadership to align and optimize revenue functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Alignment & GTM Operations: Establish unified revenue goals and KPIs across functions, drive planning and operating cadences, define end‑to‑end customer lifecycle strategy and SLAs.
- Process Optimization & Operational Excellence: Own revenue operations across all go‑to‑market motions, improve territory planning, lead management, process standardization, sales enablement, sales compensation, forecast accuracy, and lead quality frameworks.
- Technology, Data & Analytics Infrastructure: Own CRM, marketing automation, customer success platforms, revenue intelligence, BI tools; build and maintain data infrastructure and executive dashboards.
- Revenue Forecasting & Capacity Planning: Own forecasting methodology, partner with Finance on ARR planning, quotas, capacity modeling, and provide pipeline analysis and scenario planning.
- Cross‑Functional Leadership & Culture: Drive a unified data‑driven revenue culture, mentor the RevOps team, and build partnerships across functions.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive experience in revenue operations, business operations, sales operations, or marketing operations in B2B SaaS or high‑growth environments.
- Expertise in scaling RevOps in B2B SaaS (ARR $25M–$100M+) with deep knowledge of forecasting, territory and capacity planning, quota setting, pipeline management, and sales methodology.
- Strong data analysis and BI skills; proven track record designing dashboards and deriving actionable insights.
- Hands‑on experience with CRM (Salesforce preferred), marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.), customer success platforms, revenue intelligence tools, and BI/analytics platforms.
- Proven cross‑functional alignment, change management, and influence in matrixed environments.
- Excellent project management, communication, storytelling, strategic thinking, and a bias toward action.

Compensation & Location
Salary Range: $250,000–$350,000 total compensation, dependent on experience.
Must be located in the San Francisco Bay Area.
