Chief Revenue Officer

The Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) will be responsible for leading and optimizing all revenue-generating functions, including sales, business development, marketing, and partnerships. The CRO will play a critical role in shaping and executing our go-to-market strategy, driving enterprise sales, and expanding our presence within our target markets. This executive will ensure alignment across departments to maximize revenue opportunities and create long-term value for our clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive GTM strategy that aligns with the company’s growth objectives and market opportunities.
  • Lead, mentor, and scale high-performing sales, marketing, teams to drive business expansion.
  • Oversee the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation and pipeline management to deal closure and renewals.
  • Expand, deepen and leverage relationships with existing flagship clients
  • Collaborate with product and technology teams to refine offerings and ensure product-market fit based on customer needs.
  • Optimize pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and revenue models to maximize profitability.
  • Drive strategic partnerships and alliances with key stakeholders in the healthcare ecosystem.
  • Leverage AI and data-driven insights to refine sales forecasting, customer engagement strategies, and revenue performance metrics.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 15+ years of experience in enterprise sales, revenue leadership, or business development, with a focus on healthcare SaaS.
  • Deep expertise in selling to commercial payers, government agencies, retail/specialty pharmacy organizations.
  • Strong understanding of value-based care, population health management, and healthcare technology trends and market landscape.
  • Demonstrated success in leading high-performing sales and marketing teams, developing GTM strategies, and closing complex enterprise deals.
  • Experience navigating long sales cycles, regulatory considerations, and contract negotiations in healthcare markets.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with expertise in CRM tools, analytics, and revenue operations.
  • Prior private equity experience with strong financial acumen.
  • MBA or equivalent education preferred.
