Job Overview
Construction Company is looking for a Chief Revenue Officer to oversee all revenue‑generating processes in a fast‑paced construction environment. The position is located in Maui.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive revenue strategy, focusing on accelerated growth and increased market share.
- Lead appraisal and estimation processes, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness in all bids.
- Oversee civil and infrastructure construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Manage logistics and tracking processes, ensuring the efficient movement and delivery of resources.
- Utilize Netsuite or equivalent software to track and analyze revenue data, identify trends, and make data‑driven decisions.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets.
- Navigate and negotiate complex deals, demonstrating a deep understanding of contract law and risk management.
- Collaborate with the executive team to set company‑wide strategy and goals, and work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies and campaigns.
- Monitor performance and report on metrics, including sales and revenue projections.
- Stay up‑to‑date with the latest industry trends, particularly in construction, energy, and infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or related field. Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior revenue‑focused role in the construction industry.
- Proven experience in appraisal, estimation, civil and infrastructure construction, logistics, and tracking.
- Proficiency in Netsuite or equivalent software.
- Exceptional strategic and critical thinking skills, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent negotiation and deal‑making skills.
- In‑depth knowledge of the construction industry, including emerging trends and technologies.
- Familiarity with the energy sector is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
