The Dorne Region is hiring an Entry-Level Business Development Associate for someone who communicates well, learns quickly, and wants a professional path with room to grow. This is a full-time, in-office role.

Your work will center on starting conversations with individuals exploring health and life benefit options, understanding what they are looking for, and helping organize the appropriate next step.

You will develop experience in:

• Client communication

• Relationship building

• Follow-up

• Appointment coordination

• Professional organization

Training is provided, and prior insurance experience or a college degree is not required.

Candidates from hospitality, customer service, recruiting, retail, athletics, fitness, or other people-focused environments often bring skills that transfer well.
