Regional Sales manager – AMEC / Sensor Technologies

We are partnered with an innovative and fast-growing leader in environmental, and ultrasonic sensor solutions. The team is looking to hire a Regional Sales Manager to own revenue growth, key account development, and channel management across the AMEC region.

This is a permanent, remote opportunity based in the United States, with frequent regional travel required.

Key responsibilities for this Regional Sales Manager position:

• Develop and execute a robust AMEC sales strategy to achieve above-market growth in revenue and profitability.
• Own regional sales targets, forecasts, pipeline management, and KPI performance.
• Build and maintain senior-level relationships with key customers, distributors, and channel partners.
• Lead negotiations for major contracts and framework agreements.
• Conduct business reviews and product training with channel partners to drive strategic alignment.
• Analyse market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Engineering to ensure seamless order execution.

Key requirements:

• Proven experience in B2B sales for sensors, electronics, automation, or industrial technology.
• Proven track record owning complex, technically driven sales cycles.
• Experience selling through distributors and representatives in international markets.
• Strong understanding of sensor technologies and related applications.
• Fluency in English required; willingness to travel frequently across the AMEC region.
