WHAT IS THE ROLE ABOUT? As a Revenue Operations Analyst, you will assist in expanding the capacity and reach of business operations by supporting Go-To-Market teams such as Sales, Marketing and Customer Success through the use of strategy, problem solving, and analysis. IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL: Partner with GTM teams (Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success) to support key initiatives through analysis, insights, project management, and operational design. Build, maintain, and monitor reporting dashboards that track sales, marketing, and customer performance, and proactively flag trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Support Sales territory and regional analysis, including evaluating performance trends and helping coordinate territory updates and changes. Conduct analysis to support deal approvals and provide insights from sales and usage data to support informed decisionmaking. Support marketing analytics, including segmentation, campaign performance tracking, and reporting on return on investment (ROI). Help maintain data quality across Sales and Marketing systems, including troubleshooting issues and supporting integrations with internal and thirdparty data sources. Contribute to scalable reporting and self-service tools by building and improving dashboards, updating documentation and training materials, and responding to ad hoc analysis requests. Assist with analysis and management of special projects, state adoptions, and new market initiatives. YOU MUST HAVE (MINIMUM REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE): Bachelor’s degree minimum (must be completed/earned by May 2026) 1+ years of professional work experience (including co-op/internship experience) in a business analyst or similar analytical role. Problem-solving skills that include experience understanding issues, interpreting needs, identifying resolutions. Experience using CRM and Marketing automation software and tools. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with pivot tables, charting, conditional formatting, data validation, and lookup functions. Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and navigating digital tools for communication and productivity. IDEAL IF YOU HAVE (PREFERRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE): Experience working in the publishing, ed-tech, language learning or similar industry Experience using Salesforce or Marketo LOCATION: Boston-Hybrid Position requires current residence within the United States of America, within proximity to Boston, MA and a willingness to work a Hybrid schedule which includes a minimum of 2-3 days/week (Tuesday/Thursday required) in our Boston, MA office location. Relocation assistance is not available. SALARY RANGE: $60,000-$70,000 annual salary This position is salaried and is eligible for an annual incentive based on employee and organizational performance.
