Role Overview

We’re looking for a passionate and talented Account Manager to join our growing digital marketing agency. You’ll be responsible for building and managing strong relationships with assigned clients, ensuring their success through effective communication and proactive account management.

What You Will Do

Client Relationship Management, Strategic Planning, Project Management, Campaign Management, Reporting & Analysis, Upselling & New Client Acquisition, Staying Ahead of the Curve.

3+ years of experience in a client service or account management role, ideally within a digital marketing or advertising agency, at least C1-level (advanced) English proficiency, Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a client service or account management role, ideally within a digital marketing or advertising agency
• At least C1-level (advanced) English proficiency
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Proven track record of building and managing successful client relationships
• A solid understanding of digital marketing including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, content marketing, UI/UX and email marketing
• Proficiency with project management tools
