Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Senior Specialist, Business Development to support the identification and development of new revenue opportunities within strategic growth markets. This is an ideal role for an early-career sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys prospecting and building relationships, and wants to develop their commercial skills.

What You Will Do

Support the achievement of pipeline and revenue targets through proactive prospecting and new business development activities within approved market segments. Execute outbound prospecting activities through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate meetings and qualified opportunities.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in business development, sales development, or a customer-facing commercial role
  • Demonstrated ability to proactively engage prospects and generate new business opportunities
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the confidence to engage stakeholders across various levels of an organization
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Self-motivated with a desire to learn, develop, and progress within a sales organization
  • Comfortable using CRM and sales engagement tools such as Salesforce, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar platforms
  • Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to identify and prioritize opportunities
