Growth Marketing Generalist

Role Overview

WorkOS is a modern developer tools and APIs company that makes it easy for companies to become Enterprise Ready. The Growth Marketing Generalist will own the campaigns, events, and demand programs that put WorkOS in front of technical buyers.

What You Will Do

The role involves hands-on execution, working across campaign management, events, and content, taking programs from brief to live and getting the details right. Responsibilities include events and field marketing, project management, copy and content, reporting, measurement and tracking, and cross-functional partnership.

Requirements

• 2-4 years in a marketing role at a B2B software or technology company
• Experience marketing to a technical audience
• Executional strength with a track record of reliably shipping marketing work end to end
• Project management skills with the ability to run several programs at once
• Writing ability with clear writing and adaptability to a brand voice
• Events experience with hands-on experience running or supporting events
• Comfortable in a modern marketing stack, including marketing automation or email tooling, a CMS, and analytics
• Domain understanding with enough technical context to understand what a developer tool does and why someone would buy it
• Self-starter with previous startup experience, particularly in high-growth PLG organizations
• AI-Native with hands-on experience building with AI-native tools, using LLMs, agents, and automation in your own marketing workflows
