SEO Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for an SEO Manager to join our growing team at Wpromote. The ideal candidate will have a passion for establishing strong relationships with clients, a natural curiosity for website optimization, and a knack for being proactive in pursuing growth opportunities.

What You Will Do

The SEO Manager will work on multiple client websites and digital ecosystems, implementing changes across technical SEO, content, and AI search optimization to comply with evolving search engine and AI platform best practices.

Requirements

• 2-3 years experience doing SEO work for clients within an agency environment
• Minimum 1 year of client facing experience
• Desire to lead strategy for multiple large growth SEO and AI Search clients
• Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals including keyword research, search intent, technical SEO, and website architecture
• Familiarity with how AI search systems (e.g., LLMs, generative engines) retrieve, interpret, and surface content
• Experience with keyword research, competitive analysis, and emerging AI search tools
• Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, and performance measurement across both traditional and AI-driven search environments
• Understanding of content strategy, including entity-based optimization, topical authority, and structured data
• Experience working directly on websites (general knowledge of CMS such as WordPress, Shopify, or Magento is a plus)
• Ability to quickly pick up new skills and adapt to a rapidly evolving search landscape
• Excellent multi-tasking skills with the ability to hit and exceed deadlines required
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral while paying close attention to detail
• A proactive approach to collaborating with others and managing workload
