As a Senior HR Business Partner for Wrike’s Global Go-To-Market organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing HR strategies to support business growth and employee development.
Requirements
- Proven track record as an HRBP in a high-growth tech environment
- Organizational design experience
- Coaching and influence ability
- Pragmatic problem-solving skills
- Senior-level understanding of local labor laws and employee relations
- Technical literacy in G Suite and Project Management tools
