Wrike is a work management platform looking for a Senior HR Business Partner (GTM) to redesign roles for an AI-integrated world, bridge business strategy and people excellence, and lead the “Future of Work” strategy for the Global Go-To-Market organization.
Requirements
- Proven track record as an HRBP in a high-growth tech environment
- Experience in role mapping, leveling, and building competency-based Skills Matrices
- Expert-level understanding of local labor laws, employee relations, and performance management frameworks
- Proficiency in G Suite and experience working within a Project Management or System of Record tool
- Ability to hear “cues” in business discussions, translate them into problems, and solve them using a mix of data and intuition
