AI Automation Engineer

Role Overview

We are looking for an AI Automation Engineer to help Zühlke rethink and improve the way it works, using AI where it adds real value. The role involves working with process owners across the company to identify where AI can make work faster, simpler, or better, and then redesigning those processes and building the tooling that supports them.

What You Will Do

You will analyse existing business processes, identify opportunities for AI-enhanced redesign, and develop integrations, scripts, and workflows using LLM APIs, AI agents, RAG, and similar technologies. You will also measure the impact of redesigned processes and iterate based on the results.

Why It Might Be a Fit

We are looking for someone with at least five years of professional experience building software, including at least six months of hands-on experience applying AI to redesign and improve business processes. You should have demonstrable experience working with business processes in Finance, HR, or IT, and solid programming and analytical skills.
