What You Will Do
Design and implement automations in Make, identify AI solutions to reduce manual activities, analyze conversion and activation metrics, and work closely with the Head of Doctor Growth to shape the automation strategy.

Requirements
- Several years of experience in building complex automations with Make (or comparable no-code tools like Zapier, n8n)
- Practical experience in using AI tools in daily work, including language models (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT) and voice AI tools (e.g. ElevenLabs, Parloa, Cognigy)
- SQL knowledge as an analysis tool to evaluate data independently
- Experience with at least one CRM or support tool, e.g. HubSpot, Zendesk, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or Intercom
- A structured, process-oriented way of working with a hands-on mentality
- Fluent German and English skills
