Director of Revenue Operations

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Revenue Operations to join our growing team. This role will be instrumental in scaling our Go-to-Market operations and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize the entire revenue generation process.
  • Manage and improve our CRM and other sales/marketing technology stack.
  • Oversee data integrity and provide actionable insights to sales and marketing teams.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure alignment and efficiency.
  • Build and maintain reporting dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Manage the sales forecasting process and identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead a team of revenue operations professionals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
