Senior Strategy Manager – Revenue Operations & Finance

We are searching for a highly motivated and strategic individual to join our team as a Senior Strategy Manager, Revenue Operations & Finance. This role sits at the intersection of finance, revenue operations, and corporate strategy. You’ll be partnering closely with our CRO and CFO as their right hand, driving cross-functional alignment across go-to-market, product, and finance teams to execute high-impact strategic initiatives that accelerate our company’s growth and profitability goals. You will be responsible for driving a large scope of high-priority initiatives with direct visibility to the executive team and board.

About you:

  • 5+ years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, business operations or a strategic function at a high-growth company.
  • Experience working closely with senior executives and proven executive presence
  • Ability to structure insights from deep analytical exploration, excellent communication skills and a data-driven approach to problem-solving
  • You are a strategic thinker with a practical “get it done” mindset
  • You’re energized by cross-functional work and influencing others
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint (or equivalent)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with experience driving planning processes and initiatives
  • Experience working in SaaS and/or B2B preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a key partner to the CRO and CFO, working cross-functionally with executive and senior leadership across GTM, finance and marketing to strategic initiatives
  • Build executive quality presentations and materials for high priority meetings with the Executive team and Board of Directors
  • Define and drive high-leverage analyses that directly impact business growth, efficiency and alignment
  • Support annual and quarterly planning processes, applying in-depth knowledge of the business to support recommendations
  • Identify risks and opportunities across business areas, including sales productivity, funnel performance and pipeline depth, and recommend and execute on solutions
