Chief of Staff – Revenue Operations

About the Role:

We are seeking a Chief of Staff to join our Revenue Operations team. This is a critical role that will work closely with executive leadership to streamline operations, manage strategic initiatives, and ensure cross-functional alignment.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with the VP of Revenue Operations to establish strategic priorities and drive execution.
• Manage high-impact projects across sales, marketing, and customer success operations.
• Facilitate alignment across cross-functional teams through effective communication and coordination.
• Develop data-driven insights and present findings to stakeholders to inform business decisions.
• Support executive-level reporting and meeting preparation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Strategy, or similar roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments is a plus.
