DealHub is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Vice President of Revenue Operations & Sales Strategy to join our fast-growing company. This individual will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, predictable, and high-performance revenue processes to support our global go-to-market strategy.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and hands-on operational prowess. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to optimize revenue performance and accelerate growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the Revenue Operations organization, including sales operations, marketing operations, customer success operations, sales enablement, and go-to-market analytics.
  • Develop and drive overall revenue strategy, strategic planning, and performance management across all revenue-generating functions.
  • Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline management, territory planning, and quota allocation to ensure consistent and predictable growth.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success teams to integrate data-driven strategies and streamline handoffs along the customer journey.
  • Own and optimize the go-to-market tech stack, ensuring proper implementation, integration, and utilization across functions.
  • Establish metrics and dashboards that provide performance insights and recommend corrective actions.
  • Drive strategic initiatives such as pricing optimization, sales compensation design, customer segmentation, and market expansion plans.
  • Partner with executive leadership to guide key investments and go-to-market execution plans.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or another relevant field. MBA or equivalent a plus.
  • 10+ years experience in revenue operations, go-to-market, sales strategy or related field in B2B SaaS companies.
  • Proven success leading RevOps teams at high-growth, scaling organizations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to derive insights from complex data sets.
  • Expert-level competency working with Salesforce CRM and B2B SaaS tech stacks.
  • Executive presence, excellent management and communication skills, and a hands-on leadership style.
