This Head of Revenue Operations role will focus on building a solid operational foundation for growth and driving sales efficiency through data-driven initiatives.

Requirements

  • Support and guide your remote team of Wingtranauts across Europe & the US
  • Co-develop Wingtra’s commercial strategy as part of the senior leadership team
  • Align sales, marketing, and customer success operations with overall revenue goals
  • Build and maintain scalable commercial and partner programs
  • Eliminate silos and foster cross-functional collaboration
  • Establish a unified, accurate data infrastructure
  • Manage and enhance the revenue tech stack
  • Develop and oversee partner enablement strategies
  • Extensive experience with tools such as Hubspot, Impartner, Odoo, Google tool suite
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Structured, detail-oriented, and process-driven approach
  • Hands-on, execution-oriented mindset
