The role involves driving new client acquisition and strategic FXGO sales, building relationships with FX traders and decision-makers, and traveling frequently across LATAM to meet clients and prospects.
Requirements
- 5+ years selling electronic trading technology to financial institutions in LATAM
- Proven success in FX sales, both acquisition and relationship management
- Strong hunter mentality with a track record of generating new business
- Direct experience working with FX traders in a client-facing role
- Expertise in electronic trading, EMS, connectivity, and market structure
- Understanding of regulatory impacts on trading workflows
- Knowledge of buy-side and sell-side processes
- Strong project management, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Self-starter mindset with demonstrated career progression
- Willingness to travel extensively across the region
