Innovamat is looking for a Business Strategy & Growth Associate to drive international expansion and scalability of its Consumer Business division. The ideal candidate will design business frameworks and strategic rhythms to scale globally with speed and precision.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in high-performance environments (strategy consulting, business development in fast-growing startups, or analytical business roles)
- Strategic thinker with a natural ability to bring structure to ambiguity
- Data-driven growth mindset with ability to build business cases and navigate a P&L
- Hands-on and owner mentality with full responsibility from Day 0
- Fluency in Spanish and English, international experience or additional languages a strong plus
