Hadley Designs is seeking an Ecommerce Growth Lead, Amazon to help scale their online sales and drive growth through data-backed strategies. The successful candidate will own the full P&L of Hadley Designs’ e-commerce operations, focusing on growing their Amazon business and expanding their multi-channel online presence.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing e-commerce operations, preferably with Amazon Seller Central or similar platforms
- Proven track record of growing revenue, improving profitability, and optimizing sales across e-commerce platforms
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to make decisions and improve performance
- Experience in managing product positioning, pricing strategies, and marketing campaigns
- Collaborative, results-driven mindset and passion for continuous improvement
