Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data engineering, software development, or related field
- Strong knowledge of data engineering, data management, and data security principles
- Proficiency in designing and implementing scalable data systems
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms and services (e.g. AWS, Azure)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with agile development methodologies
- Knowledge of China data regulations (PIPL, CSL, DSL)
- Leadership and mentoring experience
