We are looking for a visionary and execution-oriented Director of Data Strategy to lead the evolution and delivery of our enterprise data and analytics strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Operations, or equivalent experience;
- 10+ years of experience with a strong focus on large-scale program management, transformation, and/or delivery within data and analytics environments;
- Demonstrated experience in data, artifical intelligence and analytics strategy;
- Prior experience working in large, geographically dispersed, matrixed organizations;
- Strong knowledge of all aspects of AI, cloud database design, data modeling, and data warehousing principles;
- Prior experience in information technology; background in cybersecurity is a plus;
- Proficiency in MS Office suite; experience with data visualization and BI tools is a plus;
- Proven track record of driving large-scale change across a global organization;
- Exceptionally strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to distill complex topics into clear, concise messages for executive and non-technical audiences alike;
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a consistent end-user focus;
- Ability to prioritize, self-initiate, and create momentum — even with partial information or ambiguous direction;
