We are looking for a Director of Revenue Operations Systems & GenAI to lead the transformation of our revenue engine through scalable systems, data, and AI. This leader will own the End-to-end RevOps systems and Analytics spanning CRM, sales engagement, conversation intelligence, enrichment, and emerging AI platforms.

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Systems leadership
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce and RevOps tech stack architecture
  • Proven experience implementing tools such as Gong, Groove, Clay, or similar platforms
  • Strong understanding of data models, integrations, and system design
  • Hands-on experience applying AI/GenAI in revenue workflows
  • Track record of driving cross-functional initiatives with measurable business impact
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into revenue outcomes
  • Experience building and leading high-performing teams
