The Sales Engineer is responsible for driving growth and expanding direct sales and profit margins within small and medium business customers across the assigned territory.

Requirements

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, with a strong focus on equipment sales and competitive attach.
  • Drive new account acquisition and expand business within existing customers.
  • Build and maintain strong, long‐term relationships with key customer decision‐makers.
  • Manage the sales funnel, forecasts, and opportunity pipeline to achieve sales targets and key performance metrics.
  • Work closely with internal teams, distributors, and technical resources to deliver effective solutions to customers.
  • Execute value‐based selling strategies aligned with customer needs and company priorities.
