Quadric is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to own its commercial presence across China, driving new business and managing a territory from first contact through design win and revenue.

Requirements

  • Own the full sales cycle across a defined set of accounts in China
  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline across target verticals including automotive, robotics, consumer electronics, and industrial AI
  • Develop executive and technical relationships at target accounts and channel partners
  • Lead customer evaluations and design win efforts in close collaboration with Quadric’s applications and field engineering teams
  • Develop and execute a regional go-to-market strategy aligned with Quadric’s growth priorities
  • Provide accurate and timely forecast and pipeline visibility to sales leadership
  • Represent Quadric at industry events, customer sites, and partner engagements across the region
