Account Executive, New Business Sales (Spanish, English)

Manage the whole business cycle for new business acquisition, prospect and build a pipeline of new business, acquire high-touch, high-value business agreements, and deliver consistently against goals while prioritizing an outstanding experience for Google’s advertisers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 2 years of experience in full life-cycle sales
  • Ability to communicate in Spanish and English fluently to interact with clients in the region
  • 2 years of business development or new business sales experience
  • Experience in planning, delivering, and executing marketing campaigns, measurement, and creative strategy
  • Experience in building a pipeline from scratch through tactical focus and execution
  • Experience with the zero-to-one process: identifying prospects, managing the funnel, and securing the win
  • Understanding of the online advertising industry and knowledge of the local market with insights into both digital and traditional media
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to pitch comprehensive advertising solutions for all clients
