TTEC Digital is seeking a Sales Director to drive net-new revenue within Public Sector, Higher Education institutions across the Upper Midwest, with a focus on building strategic relationships and closing mid-market opportunities. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of sales experience or Higher Education operational background, with a strong relationship-building and pipeline management skills.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of sales experience or Higher Education operational background with commercial aptitude
  • Experience working with or selling alongside major cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft, or Google
  • Strong relationship-building and pipeline management skills
  • Ability to navigate complex university ecosystems and engage senior campus stakeholders
  • Coachable, development-oriented mindset with intellectual curiosity and executive presence
