Requirements

- Proficient in one or more programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python), with the ability to write efficient, scalable, and maintainable code;
- Expertise in A/B testing and a solid grasp of its real-world application in business contexts;
- Excellent communication skills and professional proficiency in English; capable of translating complex data into clear insights that drive business decisions;
- Strong project management capabilities, with proven ability to coordinate resources and perform well under pressure.
