Join Garrett as a Senior Financial Operations Analyst and push boundaries in innovating for mobility and beyond. Oversee the comprehensive end-to-end ISC finance reporting process and provide support to ISC Operations Directors.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or above in Finance and/or business school and/or accounting
  • 5-10 years FP&A or ISC Finance relevant experience in multinational environment & complex organization
  • Advanced financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Expertise in month-end close processes and financial consolidation
  • Strong proficiency in data validation, reconciliation, and ensuring data accuracy
  • Experience with ERP and financial systems such as SAP or Oracle
  • Ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for leadership
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement
