Sr Specialist – Business finops – FTE

Zinnia is seeking a Sr Specialist – Business Finops to provide financial planning, analysis, and reporting for Corporate, a business, or a P&L within a business. The role will reconcile financial records, manage tax reporting, and ensure accurate and timely tax reporting for annuity products.

Requirements

• Graduation in any stream, Commerce Graduate preferred.
• 5+ year of working experience (Life insurance domain) that required a focus on quality including attention to details, accuracy, and accountability for your work product.
• In depth knowledge of overall accounting functions.
• Working experience in setting up the federal, state and local tax withholding amount of the employees, involving compliance to US federal and state tax laws
• Ability to develop good understanding of Client Finance processes, policies and systems.
• Familiar with US accounting functions (billings, payments, and receivables) and have prior experience of working for these US accounting functions.
• Working knowledge of accounting package ERP, People Soft or alike.
