Role Overview
Manage all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, employee life cycle, payroll, benefits, and compliance with company policies and local legislation.
What You Will Do
Administer end-to-end payroll and benefits reimbursement process, conduct exit interviews, analyze turnover data, and provide guidance to employees on HR-related matters.

Requirements
- Excellent organisation skills with attention to detail
- Excellent English and Korean communication skills
- Experience with HR Workday system is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and multi-task with good time management skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Fast learner and meticulous
- Good team player
- Proactive and disciplined
- 4 Years University Graduate Diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years’ relevant experience in HR function
- Knowledgeable in local labour law
