Chief of Staff Go to Market

Role Overview

As Chief of Staff to the Go-to-Market Director, you will be the operational backbone that keeps the go-to-market engine running at full speed across all markets. You will own the details, the data, and the day-to-day execution, freeing the Go-to-Market Director to focus on strategy and the bigger picture.

What You Will Do

You will own the operational rhythm of the Go-to-Market Director’s agenda, track performance data and KPIs across all markets, and bring structure to ambiguity by designing project management architecture, systems, and processes.

Requirements

• At least 3 to 5 years of experience in a Chief of Staff, business operations, analyst, or similar high-rigour role, ideally within tech, scale-ups, or energy
• Exceptionally detail-oriented and accurate
• Proactive by nature
• Strong project management skills
• Highly structured and organised
• Strong with data and analytics
• Fluency in German and English (C1/C2)
