Role Overview
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and growing relationships with end users representing the Transportation and Energy Business Group’s product portfolio in a B2B sales environment. You will collaborate with innovative 3Mers around the world and utilize detailed product knowledge to provide technical assistance to customers and assist them in identifying products to meet their needs.
What You Will Do
You will be responsible for meeting monthly set goals through sales forecast, customer interactions, and data gathering. You will also respond to inbound customer inquiries and warm leads to provide solutions to end users, and develop strategic approaches with the business area to attain sales quota, sales quality, and sales productivity metrics.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or associate degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of one (1) year of combined experience in sales and/or customer service
- Advanced English, written and spoken
- CRM experience/pipeline management
- Strong active listening skills
- Experience in selling through distribution channels
- Experience in selling into end user companies
- Three (3) years Inside sales or field sales experience highly desirable
