Manager, Revenue Enablement

Role Overview

We are seeking a Manager, Revenue Enablement to support the adoption and execution of AI-driven capabilities across our commercial organization. This role will focus on embedding enablement tools and learning into seller and manager workflows, ensuring consistent usage and business impact.

What You Will Do

Key responsibilities include sales execution and ongoing support, associate access and operational management, AI education and enablement, and supporting enablement across revenue enablement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience in sales enablement, revenue operations, commercial systems, product management, or related roles
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales motions and seller workflows
  • Ability to operate effectively in a global, matrixed organization
  • Strong strategic thinking paired with hands-on execution discipline
  • Demonstrated project management skills, including planning, prioritization, dependency management, and on-time delivery across multiple workstreams
  • Experience building, running, and improving repeatable operational processes (intake, triage, escalations, documentation, and continuous improvement)
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities and stakeholders while maintaining clear communication, documentation, and follow-through
