Senior Revenue Operations Manager

Role Overview

The Business Processes & Tooling Team is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the end-to-end “Opportunity-to-Cash” infrastructure. The Revenue Operations function acts as the “Data Guardian,” ensuring the integrity of the data flowing through the pipes.

What You Will Do

You will have end-to-end responsibility for the data integrity of the Contract-to-Cash value chain, defining and monitoring complex reconciliation logic, and proactively monitoring the data flow to identify revenue leakage or process breaks.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related quantitative field
• Relevant > 5 years working experience in Revenue Operations, Commercial Finance, or Sales Operations
• Strong financial mindset with technical affinity
• Proven track record of Revenue Assurance
• Strong analytical skills
• Proficient in SQL and Excel/Google Sheets
• Familiarity with Salesforce, SAP, or similar ERP systems
