Role Overview
The Revenue Operations Manager will help build the operational foundation that powers the go-to-market organization at NetBox Labs. This role will partner across the business to drive efficient growth through scalable processes, systems, reporting, and insights.
What You Will Do
The Revenue Operations Manager will drive revenue operations and business execution, including lead and pipeline reporting, forecasting metrics, and executive reporting. They will also own the day-to-day administration and optimization of HubSpot, manage integrations across the GTM tech stack, and partner with sales and marketing to define KPIs.

They will have strong experience administering and optimizing HubSpot, as well as a strong understanding of CRM architecture, data governance, and business process design.

- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related roles within a SaaS or technology company
- Strong experience administering and optimizing HubSpot
- Strong understanding of CRM architecture, data governance, and business process design
- Experience supporting forecasting, pipeline management, territory planning, and business reporting
- Experience building scalable processes and operating models in growing organizations
- Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment
