Role Overview
The Automotive Aftermarket Division Sales Operations Leader plays an essential role to ensure our sales organization in the United States and Canada is enabled to effectively and efficiently grow sales. This position provides an opportunity to transition from other private, public, government or military experience to a 3M career.
What You Will Do
Drives and/or designs customer facing data management processes and sales analytics to support strategic and operational business objectives. Leads projects to continuously improve efficiency and competitiveness.

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start), Five (5) years of sales, sales operations, business analytics, marketing, business development and/or business operations in a private, public, government or military environment.
