Role Overview

As a B2B Marketing Manager & Team Lead, you will oversee our marketing as a whole and provide the team with professional guidance. You will develop our brand and marketing activities as well as structures and competencies further, set priorities, and ensure that a consistent overall picture emerges from different channels and measures.

What You Will Do

You will take over the professional leadership of the marketing team, set priorities, and develop topics further together with the team. You will steer our marketing holistically – online and offline: from branding and positioning to content and campaigns to digital channels.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in the software or technology sector
• A broad marketing understanding and at the same time in-depth experience in digital marketing
• Experience in professional leadership and development of a team
• A good understanding of the interaction between marketing and sales as well as complex B2B customer journeys and multi-stage decision-making processes.
• A high affinity for AI and technology and above all a desire to try out new things and translate them into concrete applications
• Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on mentality – you can steer the big picture, but you also get involved personally
