Role Overview
As the Senior Data Analyst at 7shifts, you’ll be the analytical partner to our Go-to-Market and Finance teams, ensuring they have data they can trust and the insight to act on it.
What You Will Do
You’ll own GTM and Finance analytics end-to-end, lead strategic projects, build and maintain dashboards, and enable self-serve by making data and tooling easier for GTM and Finance to use independently.

Requirements
- 5+ years in data analytics or business intelligence
- Strong SQL in a modern warehouse (Snowflake or equivalent) and comfort with a BI tool (ThoughtSpot or equivalent)
- Experience working with systems behind the numbers, such as Stripe, Salesforce, FinQore, or equivalent platforms
- Fluency in SaaS metrics like ARR, retention, and pipeline
- Active use of AI in analytical work
- Strong cross-functional skills and the ability to influence decisions without owning them
- Experience mentoring other analysts on analytical methods, SQL, or AI
