Business Process Manager – Digital Operations Transformation

Role Overview

The Business Process Manager will lead, coach, and develop the factory business process management organization across the ELDS North American sites, and related operations. The role will own operational process governance and continuous improvement priorities across factory sites.

The Business Process Manager will manage and prioritize the factory business improvement portfolio, ensuring delivery of measurable benefits with the required quality, schedule, and budget discipline. The role will serve as the senior escalation point for cross-functional factory process and systems issues, driving rapid resolution and clear decision paths.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
• 10+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations, business process management, operational excellence, and digital transformation
• 6+ years of leadership experience with managers, project teams, or cross-functional organizations
• Demonstrated success leading multi-site transformation, process standardization, change management, and portfolio execution
• Working knowledge of SAP ECC and S4 ERP environments
