Associate Director, OpEx, Training and Digital Operations

Role Overview

The Associate Director, OpEx, Training and Digital Ops is responsible for developing and aligning leadership on site strategy and building a culture of continuous improvement across the entire value chain.

What You Will Do

Facilitate leadership in building site strategy, prioritization and execution. Drive transformational change across the end-to-end value streams including operational efficiencies, new technology, and organizational improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor in Science or Engineering
• Demonstrated management skills working on OpEx projects in a multi-disciplined environment
• Black Belt certification is a plus but at a minimum you should have the Green Belt certification
• 12-15 years of industry experience, 5 or more years OpEx experience in a leadership capacity
• Strong Operational Excellence and manufacturing background and knowledge of complex Lean & Six Sigma methodologies and tools
